Life Happens
Wow. I feel like I've lived a lifetime in the last 12 days. First, Bryan's major surgery, then Jeph's hospitalization, Gina getting accepted into dental school, and a couple of babies being born. Not to mention all the regular stuff like classes, homework, and occassionally showing up at work.
Talk about getting perspective.
Pity those couple of parents who called with "issues" during this time.

Yeah, just about everything has happened to me this year. See some blog about it. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, unless you get a leg amputated or something like right? Stupid sayings.

My friend Annette had her first baby last Tues. but due to some really serious complications, Annette ended up with two surgeries and a 6 day stay in ICU. She's out of ICU and will hopefully be out of the hospital in about a week.
